DigitalPulsePro is committed to protecting the privacy of the data relating to our users, and their clients. We will collect, store, use and protect any personal information you share with us. We will not share your information with anyone, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Throughout this Privacy Policy, we will refer to our website, applications delivered via the web, and other related services collectively as the “Service.”

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, and if we do so, we will post changes and updates to this page. Please refer to this policy periodically to inform yourself if changes have been made.

We collect certain information through our website at DigitalPulsePro.com (our “Website”). This page (this “Privacy Policy”) lays out our policies and procedures surrounding the collection and handling of any such information that identifies an individual user or that could be used to contact or locate him or her (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII”).

We collect the following Personally Identifiable Information from users who buy our products and services: name, email address, telephone number, address, and credit card number.

In addition, upon using the Service, individual transaction data obtained from your third-party invoicing or accounting application (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, etc.), information collected via the browser, user-generated content, and other information uploaded to the website by the user, in conjunction with your use of the Service, may be collected. Information obtained through these means that relates to the user’s client or customer to be invoiced through DigitalPulsePro may at times be referred to as “Third-Party Client Information” throughout this Privacy Policy.

Additional information from or about you may also be collected in other ways, including responses to customer surveys and any communications with our customer service team.

We use “cookies” so that our website can remember you and provide you with the information you’re most likely to need. Cookies allow us to identify returning users, suggest similar products and services, and compile non-PII statistical data about website use.


Our Use of Personally Identifiable Information

We use your PII to create your account, communicate with you about products and services, provide billing, and offer additional services. We also use this information to enforce our terms of service, prevent fraud, and improve the Service.

DigitalPulsePro may use anonymized data to analyze Service use, diagnose technical problems, maintain security, and personalize content.

All information is securely stored, and we employ industry-standard security practices. While we strive to protect PII, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

We will not rent or sell your PII. DigitalPulsePro may share your PII with trusted third-party partners solely to deliver services.

We may transfer user information in the event of mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, or similar business transitions.


Compromise of Personal Information

If personal information is compromised as a result of a breach, we will notify affected users promptly in accordance with applicable law.


Information Relating to Minors

DigitalPulsePro does not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 18. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.


Affiliate Program

To be eligible for our Affiliate Program and earn commissions, you must have an active DigitalPulsePro user account.


Rates for Communication & AI Usage

Apart from your plan subscription, you may encounter usage costs for communication and AI services.

Call Minutes: $0.0147/min to make, $0.0089/min to receive

Phone Numbers: $1.15/month

Text Messages: $0.0083/segment (160 characters per segment)

Emails: $0.000709/email

Email Verifications: $0.002625/verification

Premium Workflow Actions: $0.0105/premium action

Content AI: $0.0945/1000 words, $0.063/image

Workflow AI: $0.0315/workflow AI

Conversation AI: $0.021/message

In addition, to stay in compliance with A2P regulation, there is a one-time $23.95 fee to register an A2P brand for phone numbers.


Subscription Plans, Pricing & Cancellation Fees

DigitalPulsePro offers multiple subscription options for our services. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms regarding pricing and cancellations:

Software-Only Access:

Monthly: $97/month (cancel anytime, no cancellation fees).

Annual Paid Upfront: $970/year (equivalent to 10 months). This plan is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Essentials Support (with Software):

Monthly: $347/month (cancel anytime, no cancellation fees).

Annual Paid Monthly: $289/month (12-month commitment). If you cancel early, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply.

Annual Paid Upfront: $2,784 ($232/month equivalent, prepaid for the year). This plan is non-refundable. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the paid term.

Growth Support (with Software):

Monthly: $597/month (cancel anytime, no cancellation fees).

Annual Paid Monthly: $498/month (12-month commitment). If you cancel early, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply.

Annual Paid Upfront: $4,800 ($400/month equivalent, prepaid for the year). This plan is non-refundable. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the paid term.

Additional Terms:

All prices are in USD.

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds incur a 3% processing fee.

Refunds are not available for annual prepaid plans beyond the initial 72-hour window.

Usage costs for SMS, phone, email, and AI services are billed separately.

14-Day Money Back Trial (Monthly Plans Only):

If you begin with a 14-Day Money Back Trial:

- The 14-Day Money Back Trial is available only on monthly Software, Essentials Support, and Growth Support plans.

- You are billed for the selected plan at checkout.

- You may cancel within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund of your plan fee.

- All work completed during the trial remains the property of DigitalPulsePro. Workflows, automations, and other assets created during the trial have limited permissions to prevent copying or export to external systems.

-After 14 days, the plan continues as a standard monthly or annual subscription (depending on the option chosen) and is subject to the standard cancellation terms above.


Liability

You may use our website & software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful activities.

DigitalPulsePro is not liable for damages arising from Service use, including indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.


Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website & software are owned by DigitalPulsePro or its licensors, protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property law.


Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of purchase. All refunds incur a 3% processing fee. Refunds are not available beyond this period, nor for annual prepaid plans (Software-Only Annual, Essentials Annual Prepaid, Growth Annual Prepaid) after the 72-hour window.

Annual prepaid plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the prepaid term.


Notification Procedures

We may notify users via email, written notice, or conspicuous posting on our site. The form of notification will be determined by DigitalPulsePro.


Changes to Our Privacy Policy
