Is there an option for me to cancel at any time?
Monthly Plans → Cancel anytime, no fees.
Annual Plan (paid monthly) → Cancel early and a fee of 50% of the remaining balance applies.
Annual Plan (prepaid) → No cancellation fees, but payments are non-refundable. Your plan will stay active until the end of your term.
Are there additional costs I can expect after signing up?
Yes, there are a couple of items outside your plan:
Phone line & A2P 10DLC setup – $25 one-time registration plus $2/month carrier fee.
Other usage-based costs – such as SMS, email sending, and AI responses (covered in the next FAQ).
That’s it — everything else is included.
What does communication rates and AI usage look like?
Apart from your plan subscription, you'll encounter rates for Communication & AI Usage. Here's a breakdown:
- Call Minutes: $0.0147/min to make, $0.0089/min to receive
- Phone Numbers: $1.15/month
- Text Messages: $0.0083/segment (160 characters per segment)

- Emails: $0.000709/email
- Email Verifications: $0.002625/verification
- Premium Workflow Actions: $0.0105/premium action
- Content AI: $0.0945/1000 words, $0.063/image
- Workflow AI: $0.0315/workflow AI

In addition, to stay in compliance with A2P regulation, there is an initial $23.95 fee to register a brand for phone numbers.
